If different types of overvoltage such as lightening surge or switching surge occurs in a circuit, it may lead to accidents including voltage breakdown of electric installation such as transformers, motor, circuit breaker, switch or cables, as well as damage of power apparatus. This product limits the overvoltage due to different types or surge and prevents voltage breakdown as well as protecting human lives and equipment from explosion.
- Has excellent protective insulation as it uses ZnO, which has a high limiting voltage
- As this is a spindle type arrester, it has adequate response characteristics. It also has guaranteed activity on surge that overlaps.
- As it uses ZnO, which has a high current impulse withstand, it absorbs surge perfectly despite long-term usage.
- As this is a Gapless type arrester using ZnO, it is maintenance free.
- The structure of this product is FRP filament winding, which leads to excellent pressure relief. This means that it is safe from accidents from explosion and scattering (polymer-type)
